98% of products offered on this site are available ex stock from one of our warehouses situated throughout New Zealand. In this case your order will be despatched within 1 - 2 days.
Portwest and Visitec products are shipped from Australia and the estimated delivery target is 3-5 working days.
Allow an additional 1-2 days if rural delivery. If you have not received your goods after 4 days please contact us and we will Track & Trace the package.
Occasionally products will be out of stock. We will contact you to discuss your options;
- Usually the expected date will be one or two weeks away if you can wait.
- We can find an alternate identical or similar product.
- We can fully refund all or part of your order.
- Auckland addresses $7.95 + gst
- Rest of the North Island $12.95 + gst
- South Island $15.00 + gst
- Rural Delivery ADD $5.00
- Orders over $300.00 (sub-total) will be despatched freight free for the first two brands.
- For orders containing THREE or more separate brands we reserve the right to charge additional freight.
- For orders to Great Barrier or Chatham Islands freight must be calculated on a per order basis. Please contact us prior to placing your order.
Delivery Charges for Embroidered or Printed Garments
Orders that are embroidered or screenprinted DO NOT qualify for free freight. Charges will be as above.
Extra Delivery Charges
You must tell us when placing your order in the 'Add Comments About Your Order' box at the checkout, about any special factors that may result in delivery being more costly and/or taking longer than it otherwise would have, such as difficult or hard to find locations. Delays in Delivery
Occasionally the delivery of your goods may be delayed by circumstances outside our control. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods within the original approximate timeframe then we will notify you of the delay and new despatch date as soon as possible. If you cannot wait for the goods, you must notify us of cancellation prior to the updated despatch date. If we receive your notice of cancellation as set out above then you will be fully refunded. However, worksafety.co.nz cannot accept any liability for any losses you incur (including loss of earnings) or for compensation for perceived inconvenience that may be suffered due to any delay.
Arrival of Goods
On delivery of your products, you should check the contents against the enclosed packing slip before you sign for the goods. For this reason you should be present at delivery yourself. However, if you do ask someone else to take delivery for you, then you must make sure that they are aware of what they need to do.
Please notify us of obvious defects that are apparent on first inspection of the goods, such as missing parts or damage, within 7 days of delivery and additionally, wherever possible, by describing the defects on the ‘proof of delivery’ document you are asked to sign. For other defects, please notify us as soon as you discover those defects and at the latest within 7 days of delivery. See our terms and conditions for more information.
