2. Open packaging carefully! Damaged tags or packaging may void your return of samples. |
Contact us to discuss your order asap. We will help you process your order, OR we will email you a Return Authorisation Form so you can return what you don't require. We may ask you to send your samples to a designated address for logoing. |
3. Return what you don't require within 10 Days. |
Follow the return instruction provided by email. An RA Form must accompany the package. For multiple Brands you will have to send to multiple locations. |
4. Receive a Full or Partial Refund. |
Restocking Fees may apply as per below schedule. |
Re-stocking fees: ZERO if you place an order and garments are returned in re-saleable condition. Otherwise: $10.00 + gst PER brand. |
Damaged Garments, Tags or Packaging If garments are damaged they cannot be returned. If garment packaging or tags are damaged the final decision will be made by the brand as to whether the garment can be re-shelved for re-sale or not. If the item can be adequately re-bagged a charge WILL apply. |
- Samples must still be purchased and paid for prior to despatch.
- Please type 'SAMPLES' in the comments section at the end of the checkout page.
- Samples will be despatched as usual from up to three warehouses depending on how many brands you have ordered.
Note: We send all garments directly from the warehouse of the particular brand to you. Therefore, if you order samples from multiple brands you will have to return each item to the associated brands warehouse, OR if you return to our office you will be charged freight charges for each item to be returned to the appropriate warehouse.
- You must advise us of your intention to return all or selected samples within 10 working days of delivery.
- You will be supplied a Retun Authorisation form to attach to the outside of the packaging.
- Samples must be returned to the allocated warehouse within 3 working days of receiving your Return Authorisation documentation.
- Products must be returned in the condition they were shipped and in the same individual product packaging as received (including tags attached to the products).
- Samples not returned within 4 calendar weeks cannot be returned for re-stocking and will be invoiced at our standard advertised rates.
- ALL samples returned with an accompanying order (over $200 + gst) will be refunded to the full charged value of the garments.
- Freight charges to send the initial samples will not be refunded.
- Samples returned without an accompanying order will incur a $10 + gst re-stocking fee per brand.
- Damaged garments will not be refunded. Damaged packaging will be charged for or the garments itself may not be accepted for refund.
We apolgise for charging re-stocking fees. Processing returns is an expensive charged to us by the brand warehouses and is unavoidable. If you place an order we will bear the cost.
