A : Firstly, if you haven't already, you must register as a new customer. Click on “Register” on the Main Menu Bar and follow through the steps to register. Then click ‘continue'
B: Browse the products for your preferred items. Click on the product image - this brings up the product details where you can enter the sizes and colours you require. Exact sizes can be more accurately chosen at a later time if you're not totally sure. When done click the “ADD TO CART” button.
C: You should now be in the ‘What's in My Cart' Page. If you want to add more products click on the “CONTINUE SHOPPING” button and go back to B . Once you have all your products in the ‘What's in My Cart' page you can amend the quantities or remove an item – if you make a change click on the “UPDATE” button. Then click on the “CHECKOUT” button to proceed.
D: Check that your delivery details are correct and change if necessary. Enter any comments such as details about embroidery requirements. If garments are required as samples you must contact us to request. Click ‘CONTINUE'.
E : Check that the address for posting an invoice is correct and change if necessary. Click ‘CONTINUE'.
F : Check details for the last time. Click ‘CONFIRM ORDER'.
G : An invoice will be emailed to you containing Apparel Online's bank account details. You can pay by direct credit or post us a cheque. Delivery times will depend on the type of garment and whether there is embroidery or screen-printing required. We will contact you if delivery likely to be outside 2-5 days.
