HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?

A : Firstly, if you haven't already, you must register as a new customer. Click on Register on the Main Menu Bar and follow through the steps to register. Then click continue'

B: Browse the products for your preferred items. Click on the product image - this brings up the product details where you can enter the sizes and colours you require. When done click the ADD TO CART button.

C: You should now be in the What's in My Cart' Page. (If you want to add more products click on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button and go back to B ). Once you have all your products in the What's in My Cart' page you can amend the quantities or remove an item if you make a change click on the UPDATE button.
... All done? Then click on the CHECKOUT button to proceed.

D: Check that your delivery details are correct and change if necessary. Enter any comments such as details about embroidery requirements. If garments are required as samples type'SAMPLES PLEASE'.
... Click CONTINUE'.

E : Check that the address for posting an invoice is correct and change if necessary.
... Click CONTINUE'.

F : Check details for the last time ... Click CONFIRM ORDER'.

G : An invoice will be emailed to you containing Apparel Online's bank account details. You can pay by direct credit or post us a cheque. Delivery times will depend on the type of garment and whether there is embroidery or screen-printing required. We will contact you if delivery likely to be outside 2-5 days.

HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

 

A : Firstly, if you haven't already, you must register as a new customer. Click on Register on the Main Menu Bar and follow through the steps to register. Then click continue'

B: Quotes are based on the contents of your cart - so firstly fill your cart with the desied product.

C: Open your 'Shopping Cart' and check that the contents are correct. You can add more products by clicking on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button. You can amend the quantities or remove an item - if you make a change click on the UPDATE button.

D: Once you have the correct products in your 'Shopping Cart' click on the "Save Cart" button to preserve your Cart for future reference and to speed up ordering.

E: Now proceed to the 'Checkout'. Confirm your delivery address and enter a Discount Coupon Code if you have one.

F: Instead of clicking 'Confirm Order' click on 'Quote Only' and a quote will be emailed to you in PDF format.

DISCOUNT CODES

Simple. If you have been given a discount code either by email or on promotional material, you will be asked to enter it in the checkout section of your online purchase. You are welcome to call us if you have forgotten or lost your discount code, or if you feel you deserve a discount for one reason or another.

SUPPORT PROGRAMS

Basically our 'Support Program' is a way for your school, club or team to receive cheaper or even free apparel as a result of the spending of an associated person or company.

If parents or associates of your organisation purchase apparel online a percentage of their sale will be credited to your account. Then when you come to order you will find a welcome discount, or even better, you may find your order is totally free.

The basic details are;
  • Garments purchased by the school, club or team have a swing ticket of approx 20 x 5cm attached. This swing ticket explains how others can be of support by switching to Apparel Online for their clothing needs.
  • Alternatively, newsletters or other forms of promotional material can be provided for distribution.
  • All these swing tickets, flyers, newsletters etc will have a 'code number' identifying the organisation which will benefit.
  • Online purchasers enter the code number when they complete their online sale. A percentage (usually 5%) of the pre GST value of that sale is credited to the account of the 'benefiting' organisation for future purchases.
  • Schools, clubs or teams are welcome to get a head start by promoting the program prior to placing their initial order.

RETURNS POLICY

Products (including samples) returned for credit or size exchange are subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • The products must be returned to our physical address within seven (7) working days from the delivery date.
    Return to: Apparel Online, 12a Gibraltar St, Howick 2014, Manukau City.
  • The products must be in identical condition to that of which they were shipped and in the same packaging as received (including tags attached to the products).
  • Products cannot be returned once they have been customised in any way, including being embroidered or screen-printing.
  • In the unlikely event that you have received a product with a fault or a product that you did not order, please return it to us and we will replace or credit you and reimburse you for reasonable postage of the products back to us.
 
HOW DO I GET A SAMPLE?

We can send samples of garments up to $200.00. Simply register as a customer, add the products to your cart and proceed to the checkout. In the comments box type SAMPLES PLEASE and we will send them to you. Then you can either return them within seven working days to receive a credit or pay as per your invoice. Returns must be received back in their original packaging within 7 working days.
